Kristin's extensive experience and dedication to her work make her a trusted professional in the industry, committed to delivering exceptional results for every client.
Adam McDaniel
Adam is our senior hairstylist with over 20 years of experience and knowledge behind him. Adam was formally educated at Roberts Institute of Hair Design and spent several years as an Alfaparf color educator and mentor.
Adam has an encyclopedia-like understanding of hair color and a passion for customer service. Adam gets your style right the first time. One appointment session in his chair and you’ll understand why he is a client favorite.
Marie
Marie has spent over 15 years doing what she loves—helping people look and feel their best. As a licensed cosmetologist and graduate of Paul Mitchell Partner School, Delaware Academy, she specializes in haircuts for men and women, hair color, facials, waxing, and manicures.
She loves working with all hair textures and styles, from classic looks to modern transformations. Her goal is simple: to make every client leave her chair feeling confident, beautiful, and cared for.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find Marie spending time with her two sons, enjoying the beach, and making the most of the outdoors. She looks forward to meeting new clients and helping them achieve their beauty goals.
Kristy
I’m originally from Queen Anne’s County and recently made my way back home after owning a salon in Pocomoke, Maryland. I’ve been doing hair for 21 years, and I still love it just as much as the day I started.
I specialize in all color services, men’s and women’s cuts, and bridal styling. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh, a complete transformation, or getting ready for your big day, I’m here to help you achieve a look that fits your style and makes you feel amazing.
My favorite part of being a hairstylist is building relationships with my clients and helping them feel confident and beautiful when they leave my chair. I strive to create a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can unwind, chat, and enjoy a little self-care.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me spending time with my daughter and two boys. Family means everything to me, and I love making memories with them whenever I can.
Dawn Pumphrey
Graduated from Ron Thomas School of Cosmetology in 1987, I have over three decades of experience in the beauty industry. I owned and operated a salon in Severna Park, Maryland, from 2000 to 2005. Later, I expanded my skills with a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Phoenix. My expertise includes precision cuts, foil highlighting, and hair coloring. I take pride in achieving my clients' goals by truly listening to their needs and combining that understanding with my extensive experience.
Ashley Calderone
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her craft. She studied at both Graham Webb Academy and BBU, honing her skills and mastering a diverse range of techniques. Ashley is well-rounded in her craft, excelling in color, cuts, razor work, barbering, and extensions. Her dedication to her profession and her clients' satisfaction is evident in every service she provides.
Lindsay Pass

Lindsay is a licensed cosmetologist with 9 years of experience in hairstyling, cutting, coloring, and nails. Specializing in color correction and blonding, she brings her expertise and creativity to every client. As a licensed cosmetologist trained at The Temple Annapolis, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, I bring a blend of creativity and precision to every client. Specializing in balayages and men's cuts, I take pride in transforming hair with modern techniques and personalized styles. Jillian Russell
Cosmetologist
Born and raised on Kent Island, Jill found a passion for hair and makeup early on, inspired by her older sisters. She completed her education through the high school cosmetology program at Queen Anne’s/Kent Island and has been working in salons for the past five years. Licensed for two years, Jill specializes in blondes, dimensional color, and grey blending. She loves connecting with people and helping them feel like the best version of themselves.
Denise Bartlett
Denise is a graduate of Anne Arundel Community College’s massage program and has been practicing massage since 2008.
She enjoys the healing aspect of massage therapy, particularly in the area of pain relief. She believes that massage is a great way to reconnect with one's spirit, soul, and body. Denise enjoys various modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages.
In her free time, Denise enjoys spending time in nature exploring the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
Icey Vantina E. Allen
Icey Vantina E. Allen is a native of the Eastern Shore. She graduated from Harris School of Business in massage therapy at the top of her class. She is licensed in both Maryland and Delaware. Icey is passionate about her work and enjoys helping her clients relax and de-stress.
She specializes in aromatherapy and muscle tension release. Icey can create a massage that is specific to your needs with a serene approach that offers harmony and balance.
Melissa Waddell
Melissa is a graduate of The Baltimore School of Massage. She has 18 years of experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Reflexology, and Induction massage. Melissa likes to incorporate stretching in combination with massage. When she is not taking care of clients she can be found at the beach collecting sea glass and soaking up the sun.
Michelle Fisher
Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Michelle is a 2010 graduate of Chesapeake College's Massage Therapy Program.
Some of her modalities that are most inspiring to her are; frozen shoulders, cancer massage for spa, total body stretch, whiplash, sport injury, and plantar fasciitis.
In her spare time, the love of live music concerts are at the top of her list, gardening and the thrill of motorcycles.
Nolan Rivera
Massage Therapist
With five years of experience in spas, Nolan brings a passion for deep tissue and trigger point therapy. He’s also eager to expand his expertise by learning lymphatic drainage soon!
Outside of his work, Nolan enjoys baking, anime, video games, and spending time with his son. We’re thrilled to have him on board and can’t wait for you all to meet him!

Amy has been a licensed esthetician since 2008 and have always loved helping people feel comfortable, cared for, and their best.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in both the treatment room and the hospitality side of the spa industry, and I truly enjoy creating a positive experience for every guest. I love connecting with people, paying attention to the little details, and being part of a team that helps others take time for themselves.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two dogs, caring for my many plants, and exploring new places.

Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two children. When she has some quiet time to herself, she can usually be found getting lost in a good book. She is grateful to have a career that allows her to combine her love for skincare, wellness, and connecting with others.
Brooke Scheminant
Brooke graduated from Pressley Beauty Academy in Delaware. She has been with Swan Cove Spa & Salon for 13 years. She specializes in Shellac manicures and pedicures and is certified in these services. Brooke loves to be around people and makes them feel good.
She finds it extremely rewarding to put a smile on a client's face. When Brooke is not working, you can find her collecting sea glass, working out at the gym, and spending time with her family.

1996 cosmetology graduate of Queen Anne’s County H.S , 26 years experience licensed cosmetologist , with continued education in my favorite areas spa manicure & spa pedicure as well highlights and hair coloring.
I enjoy making others feel and look their best. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my 2 children and spoiling my new grandson , catching up with friends and trying new places to eat.
