At the age of 16, I started learning about Reiki and energy work. I received training in Reiki level one and two before the age of 18. As a recent high school graduate, I enrolled in the Baltimore School of Massage. While attending, I completed my Reiki master certification and learned several other styles of energy work that mesh well with Reiki. I now integrate Reiki, acupressure, reflexology and cranial sacral therapy all together in energy balancing sessions to help clients to reorient their body, mind and spirit to promote well being. I also integrate energy work into physical massage at times to help clients release old holding patterns and increase blood flow to a recently worked area. In all, I use my knowledge to help clients re-center themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually.
